- To ensure success and truly form a partnership, we met with the client to understand and clearly outline their mission, vision, experience, and employee value proposition and then built a strategy to effectively reach potential candidates through powerful messaging.
- Immediately after we signed the agreement, we created a rapid action team and kick-started aggressive sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training and mobilization of associates across four cities which was then expanded to other cities.
